1. Information you give us

• Demo requests: name, company, work email, phone number, fleet size, the plan you are interested in and any message you write.
• Workspace sign-up: company name, workspace ID, phone number, country, state, time zone, the administrator's name and work email, and the plan and billing cycle you choose.
• Emails you send us: the content of your message and your contact details.

When online submission is not available, our forms open your email application with your details filled in. In that case, the information reaches us only if you send that email.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the information we need to manage your subscription, such as the payment status and billing contact details. Stripe's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

3. Information collected automatically

• Server logs: like most websites, our servers record technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. We use these logs to operate and secure the Website.
• Analytics, only with your consent: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the Website is used, such as pages visited, approximate location (city or region), device type and the website that referred you. Google Signals and advertising features are turned off.
• Your cookie choice: we save your choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you again.

4. How we use information

• To respond to your demo request and contact you about it.
• To create and set up your workspace and manage your subscription.
• To send service emails, such as the invitation to access the platform.
• To understand and improve the Website, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• To protect the Website against fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. How we contact you

If you request a demo, we may contact you by email or phone about your request. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you give us separate express consent. Any marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.

6. How we share information

• Service providers that help us run the Website and our business, such as hosting (Amazon Web Services), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery and, if you consent, analytics (Google). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Public authorities or other parties when required by law, or when needed to protect rights, safety and security.
• A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you requested a demo and did not become a customer, you can ask us to delete your information at any time. Customer information is kept as described in the Platform Privacy Policy.

The Website is served over HTTPS, and access to our systems is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. We do not engage in these activities.

You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies.

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Website from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States.
